This Support Policy sets out how to get help with any product published by AKdev Ltd and what you can expect from us. It is the standard that applies across all AKdev apps; each app’s own site also offers product-specific help and guides.

How to get help

You can reach us by email at support@swingfactor.ai, and most apps link to their own help section for step-by-step guides. Please include the product name, your device and version, and a clear description of the issue so we can help quickly.

Response times

We are a small studio and handle support directly. We aim to acknowledge support enquiries within 24 hours, and we prioritise issues that affect many users or involve security or data.

Scope

Support covers the current versions of our products. Where an app is in active development, some features may change, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve. Support does not extend to third-party services, modified versions of our apps, or uses that breach our Terms.
